Refunds & Cancellations

We believe clear expectations make for happier experiences all around. Below is everything you need to know about refunds and cancellations.

Classes, Events & Mobile Services

Refund policies for mobile services, private events, and booked experiences are outlined in the individual service contract provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your contract for specific terms related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

For ticketed classes and group sessions, we do not offer refunds. That said, we understand that life with kids is unpredictable, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

  • For ticketed classes, we can issue a credit toward a future session if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing us at hello@bittybuilders.com.

  • For booked services, including mobile or private experiences, we are happy to reschedule with at least 2 weeks’ notice, subject to availability. Please email us at hello@bittybuilders.com to reschedule.

Credits are non-refundable and must be used toward a future Bitty Builders offering.

If Bitty Builders initiates the cancellation of an event, a refund will be issued. For service bookings, the purchaser will be offered a refund or reschedule.
