Shipping, Refunds, & Returns

We believe clear expectations make for happier experiences all around. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, refunds, and returns before placing an order.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed twice a week: Mondays and Fridays
Orders placed on or after a processing day will ship on the next scheduled processing day
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way
This schedule allows us to pack orders carefully and consistently while running a small, family-centered business.
Shipping Method
All packages ship via ground shipping
Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on location and package size
Shipping timelines are estimates and are determined by the carrier once the package leaves our hands
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Refund Policy (Physical Products)
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
To request a refund for a damaged item:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Your message must include:
A photo of the original delivery box
A clear photo of the damaged product
Refund eligibility is determined based on the submitted photos. Submitting photos and contacting us does not guarantee that a refund will be approved or issued.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the delivery box and product
A brief description of the issue
We’ll review the information and follow up as quickly as possible.
Digital Products
All digital products (including printable activity kits and instant downloads) are delivered electronically by email
All digital sales are final and non-refundable
If you experience issues accessing your digital files, please contact us at hello@bittybuilders.com, and we’ll help troubleshoot.
Classes, Events & Mobile Services
Refund policies for mobile services, private events, and booked experiences are outlined in the individual service contract provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your contract for specific terms related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
For ticketed classes and group sessions, we do not offer refunds. That said, we understand that life with kids is unpredictable, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
For ticketed classes, we can issue a credit toward a future session if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
For booked services, including mobile or private experiences, we are happy to reschedule with at least 2 weeks’ notice, subject to availability.
Credits are non-refundable and must be used toward a future Bitty Builders offering.
Activity Use & Safety Note
All Bitty Builders kits and activities are designed for use with active adult supervision. Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining appropriate use of materials and activities for their child.
